WINTER RESIDENCY WITH GALLERY TRESCO

Anthony Garratt has been invited by Gallery Tresco on a winter residency for a couple of weeks in December. He will stay in an 'artist's hut' and sketch / paint the spectacular scenery in readiness for an exhibition when the island re-opens to visitors next Spring. Situated at New Grimsby Harbour, Gallery Tresco was formerly an old boathouse. Converted in 1992, the Gallery has built a reputation for showing art exhibitions from some of Cornwall's leading contemporary artists, and also giving exposure to those less established.
